Description
Per-unit sub-metering for apartment blocks — a compact RS485 flow meter and DN15 valve per unit, aggregated by an IoT logger into one cloud billing system. Tenants top up via M-Pesa paybill and the valve opens instantly; balances below 20% trigger an SMS warning, and unpaid units shut off automatically instead of the landlord chasing arrears by hand.
How It Works
